India, Alibaug : GlassHouse91 was recently featured as one of the 50 best homes of India by an international media house. The connoisseur of Luxury, Pavan Anand recently joined hands with restaurateur Neeti Goel to expand the hospitality and F&B Experience at GlassHouse91, Alibaug.
Celebrating the occasion in style, the duo hosted an intimate evening for their friends at the villa. The guests included Nawaz Modi Singhania, Shama Sikander, James Milliron, Ritika and Kunal Vardhan, Priya Khatau, Nivedita Saboo and Namita Devidayal amongst others.
“The entire idea behind creating Glass House 91 was not just to create a lavish, ostentatious home, but to introduce the city to a new form of fashionable architectural design: creating a living space that feature an honest juxtaposition of art, architecture and the Avant Garde. This bespoke home is a spatial thought that disrupts the existing Balinese archetype that makes up the very fabric of the beach town, redefining the very notions of luxury.”
Says Pavan Anand, vision creator and co-owner, GlassHouse91.
Pavan has always combined his passion for art and aesthetic to create affluent experiences, and is now pioneering an architectural awakening in Alibaug with his luxury home, GlassHouse91. The jewellery couturier has previously showcased with Bergdorf Goodman and collaborated with internationally acclaimed brands such as Versace and Nankai. He is also known to have created for the likes of Goldie Hawn & Edward Norton.
About GlassHouse91:
A first-of-its-kind structure, Glass House 91 disrupts the existing Balinese archetype that makes up the very fabric of Alibaug, redefining the very notions of luxury. Mere minutes from the Mandwa Jetty, the property houses 4 ensuite bedrooms on the ground level and the master suite with a private deck, on the upper level. The stylish living room opens out to an azure blue pool, while the floating dining pavilion sets the stage for intimate and indulgent meals.
A great choice for a getaway with your loved ones! A true cornucopia of straight lines, glorious galleries and modern materials, the house pays homage to the elements with the minutest of details. The result is a playful combination of Zen and zing, creating a piece de resistance that’s worthy of international standards: a glass goliath nestled between earth, foliage, water and fire, an architectural masterpiece that’s bursting to its seams with many such masterpieces.
